We have devised a Core Sustainability policy driven by expert teams to ensure tracking and improving on various natural resource utilization indicators in Energy, Water & Waste re-usage.
Coraplast has already invested in Renewable Energy projects which would soon contribute to more than 60% of our total energy requirements.
Lean Manufacturing approach: 5S is being practiced and have resulted into several benefits;
- Less Waste (Improved Efficiency)
- Reduced Space Used For Storage
- Improved Maintenance
- Improved Safety
- Better, More Committed Employees
- Improved Quality
We are undertaking Several Social responsibility initiatives for the benefiting people residing in the vicinity of our plants.
Health & Safety
A Conducive and Safe working environment at our locations is a core to all our manufacturing activities. We have deployed proven and effective systems like dust aspirations and ambient air cooling in our plants.
We have created an infrastructure, established mechanisms and procedures to prevent contingencies and help protect the employees and the assets they work with by internationally accepted standards and practices.
